1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from findyourphase.com, operated by Phase Holdings LLC, doing business as Phase Acid Reducer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund and Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. About the product

Phase is a food and beverage additive. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Phase contains sodium bicarbonate. If you are on a sodium-restricted diet or have questions about your diet, talk with your doctor before use. Use only as directed on the label.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, including when an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment and taxes

Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of your order. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you receive 10% off, and your order ships and your payment method is charged automatically every two months until you cancel. Each charge is at the subscription price in effect at that time, plus shipping and tax. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing [email protected], ATTN Subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges and does not refund orders that have already shipped.

6. Where we sell

We sell and ship to the United States and to Canada, excluding Quebec. Canadian customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees.

7. Order update text messages

If you opt in at checkout, Phase Acid Reducer will send text messages about your order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

8. Site content

The Phase name, logo, photos, and text on this site belong to Phase Holdings LLC and may not be used without our permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our Refund and Return Policy, products are provided "as is," to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states and provinces do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Medina County, Ohio, unless the consumer protection law where you live requires otherwise.
