Who we are

Phase Acid Reducer is a brand of Phase Holdings LLC, based in Medina, Ohio ("Phase," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through findyourphase.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and what you ordered.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, contact form, or text.
• Email signup: your email address and name if you join our list.
• Site activity: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and items added to your cart, collected through cookies and similar tools.

We do not ask for health information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

How we use your information

• To process, ship, and support your orders and subscriptions.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To answer your questions.
• To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Text messages

If you opt in at checkout, we send text messages about your order, such as confirmations and shipping updates. We do not send promotional texts. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only to people who have asked to receive them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies that the store needs to work, Google Analytics to understand site traffic, and the Meta pixel to measure and deliver our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use this information to show you ads based on your activity on our site. You can limit this in your browser settings and in your Meta ad preferences, or you can email us and ask to be excluded from advertising audiences. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run the store:

• GoHighLevel (website, store, email, and text messaging)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• The United States Postal Service and Canada Post (delivery)
• Meta and Google (advertising and analytics, as described above)

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you order from Canada, your information will be transferred to the United States and may be accessible to US courts and authorities under US law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally 7 years. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and do not charge a fee. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to ask us to reconsider.

Residents of some US states have additional privacy rights under state law, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of storage is completely secure.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
