Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to Quebec or to other countries.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3 business days. If we cannot ship your order in that time, we will email you with a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Orders ship by USPS. Delivery times are set by USPS and depend on the service you choose at checkout and where you live. Canadian orders also pass through customs, which can add time. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. USPS delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Canadian orders: duties, taxes, and fees

Prices are in US dollars and do not include Canadian duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees. These may be charged by Canada Post on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict or refund these charges. If a package is refused, we refund the product price once it is returned to us, less the original shipping cost.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders ship every two months from the date of your first order.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date, with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged. We will replace it or refund you.

Address errors

Please check your address before ordering. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it at the customer's shipping cost or refund the product price.
