Refund and Return Policy

Unopened bottles

You may return unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back, and we will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Opened bottles

Because Phase is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to return the item.

Refund timing

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim.

Canadian orders

Duties, taxes, and carrier fees paid on delivery are not refundable by us.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date by emailing [email protected], ATTN Subscriptions. Orders that have already shipped follow the policy above.
